It was once an excellent sushi restaurant, but now it's terrible and yet they have the luxury of answering the phone and hanging up twice on the customer because they don't speak Portuguese. The last time I went to get take-out it was terrible, they even did me a favor by not serving it today. Clearly it was the last time.

I already knew the space, I had a great opinion, I recommended it several times due to the quality/price ratio, space and service.Unfortunately everything has changed. I was there yesterday... very, very different. Quality had already lost with the change in management. I believe it happened again and this time, until I realize it has changed again, I won't go back and I won't recommend it in any way. It's a shame for such a good space to lose all the quality it had.An almost empty room, an Indian waiter(?) who barely speaks Portuguese, a cook who has nothing to do with those who were there at the beginning, Portuguese perhaps, a waitress who we only noticed because when we entered she was behind the counter otherwise it would be Just a customer who doesn't know how to be in a restaurant, the food is a huge disappointment. Rice, lots of rice... They didn't have tuna, the little white fish that usually comes in slices must also have been missing. There were 2 small pieces. Expensive for what they offer, €18 per person, all you can eat with no real variety. We asked for a little more, of something different, 4 more pieces each came, plus rice. No wasabi, no ginger, just soy sauce. We asked for the bill, they asked us to pay with mbway because they didn't have an ATM, we paid in cash, they rounded the bill to €40.00 because they didn't have money to make change at €41.50 which was the total of 2 tastings, dinner, one water and glue. The employee apologized for our disappointment, the owner(?) Manager(?) who prepared the food did not respond.I won't go back until I change again.I leave the photos.

Simply terrible!!! At least as delivery. I had to throw everything away because the sashimi tasted really bad, as did the sushi. The fish was inedible, salmon and other fish must have been stoned for a few days...inadmissible!!!

apparently the management changed, and my god.....Indian man who barely speaks Portuguese and you don't understand what he's saying...for the fact that I ordered ramen, "we can't cook pasta because there is no gas"....and when ordering vegetarian sushi, I think 25 pieces... not even half of that arrived at the table, and the seaweed on the rolls wasn't "worked" and ended up vomiting it to the edge of the plate. But in what universe.... a restaurant is open without gas for COOKING, what.... is really necessary in a restaurant?horrible!!Avoid the location completely. And to think that I took people to discover what a good restaurant was, to have the experience they had.Absolutely atrocious.

The food is really good compared with the surrounding restaurants. The rice had a very rich flavour and pleasant texture. The service wasn’t good at all, they took too long to serve the dishes.

I've been going to the restaurant for over 4 months. At first, the staff was very friendly and the sushi was simply an explosion of flavors. A few weeks ago, I noticed that all the old employees were fired - including the chefs. The quality plummeted: sushi with exaggerated and poorly made seasonings. The same person who makes the dish is the person who waits on the tables. And the worst: ABSOLUTELY no one speaks Portuguese. This is complete disorganization. The last time I went there, literally all my orders were wrong, and all the pieces tasted like rubber. It's a shame to see the decline of a very promising restaurant, which had everything it needed to be one of the best in Setúbal. It seems like the owners don't give a shit about it.That being said, I advise everyone not to rely on positive reviews.

I went to see it through Google maps, photos and reviews, with the intention of buying take away, around 6pm.Environment: I walked in and felt the floor sticking, to the point of making noise. I informed the attendant and he did not justify or show any intention to clean it.Service: the menu they showed me had no photos (it's a very common mistake in the country). And there was no combination cheaper than €15 (all you can eat is 14 lunch/19 dinner) When I asked, the attendant showed me a box in a photo from his cell phone gallery. I saw that there were 4 sashimi, my favorite, and I ordered it.I decided to open the box that came closed and found only 3 slices. At this point it was being served by what looked like the owner and he inserted another slice.Food: at home I understood better what the box was. There were sushi stuffed with pineapple or other citrus fruit. There were pastas (which I don't like) with mustard and garlic sauce, butterfish and salmon sashimi (with fat that I had to remove with a knife). The fried garlic had so much garlic that I couldn't taste anything else. The box cost 12 euros and would have a better rating, in my opinion, if it cost 7 euros.I don't think I would eat there.
