It's one of my favorite places to eat seafood. The food is very well prepared and super fresh. Whenever we go there, we choose the natural shoe rack - which is divine and already arranged in such a way that we hardly have to use a hammer at the table.
The view is really nice, there is parking all around - even on those days when Setúbal is crowded - and the staff is very friendly.
The restaurant also has a terrace for those who want to stay outside and a side shop, for those who want to take seafood and eat at home.
Recommended!

The restaurant is on the waterfront, but the view of the ocean is blocked by the first line of restaurants on the beach. I stopped by for lunch and the waitress was very friendly. I ordered seafood cream soup, vegetable salad, a pie with vegetables and shrimp inside, water, coffee, and ponacota dessert. Lunch cost me 20€, which is a bit expensive in my opinion.

I'm Brazilian and I've lived in Setúbal for 2 years, I've been there twice for lunch, and I always go when I go for a walk to buy a beer, yesterday I went for a walk around the beach.. on the way back I walked along the shore barefoot without going into the sea, as I was returning going home I decided to buy a beer to drink... I always paid super book medium bottle €1.50, they said it was now €2.50 very friendly attendant offered the glass €1.50 I bought it as soon as I paid the owner with arrogance and disrespectful said it wasn't for me being there barefoot (I had my sneakers in my hand) I was going to buy it and leave...it was in front of the beach, I said I was leaving...she told me it would be for next time!!! Now even though I live here I see a lot of tourists in the establishment and there was no information about it (I can prove it) so you can't go in wearing a bikini, shirtless or barefoot??? Excuse my ignorance but we are not experiencing tourism here!! Because zero education and information about the establishment!!! regrettable

Geweldige verse vis gerechten. Voor Portugese begrippen aan de dure kant, maar zeker aan te raden.

Not to go back, seafood rice, with low quality frozen seafood as well as very low quality and poorly prepared rice.
High price for what was served.
I don't recommend it!

I give it 3 but I'll explain why the lady who served us, I don't know if she's been in the business for a short time or has been working here for a short time, was a little confused with 2 tables on the terrace. We ordered a wonderful board for two people, like last year when we were here, nothing to mention. I also ordered a risotto that I love and I'm a fan of rice that is a little hard and has a very dry flavor, that is, without any kind of quality. The head of the room asked if everything was ok and of course I had to tell the truth, the board was good but the risotto was not... I explained why, a nice lady, by the way, explained that it's not normal for this to happen and paid attention since I couldn't eat. The chocolate mousse was very good.

We ordered two starters (they were just fine), shrimp risotto (it was hard and very simple, no shrimp flavor, it was white rice with cooked prawns mixed in) and rice with razor clams (it was overcooked, the razor clams gave it flavor but we thought it was the same than shrimp risotto, white rice with additions). They were not abundant.
It took them almost an hour to put the rice in.
We will not repeat. We went because of the good comments and it didn't go well.
