Reinforcing that the employee Solange is very well educated and helps and everything and Sandra is the type of person who just wants to burn her co-workers by pretending to be the boss when she is not one!!!

I worked at this restaurant for 5 days and it was one of the worst working environments I've ever experienced. The restaurant itself is full of cockroaches (especially in the kitchen) and there is a lot of lack of respect coming from the waiter Fernando, who shouts and has bad hygiene habits with the food (he puts the rest of the olives that were not eaten by the customers back in the bucket from which they serve them) By my choice I refuse to include meat in my diet and I was forced to eat a ham omelette and told by Mr Gonçalves and Fernando that they are “weird” and that there were frills when it was my choice to eat or not and they enjoyed with my opinion being that I have never judged anyone for eating whatever they want. Just like Mr. Fernando had a racist attitude towards my girlfriend, speaking badly of her and for her to “get up from the terrace table because he wanted to go home” while my partner has Rheumatoid Arthritis and it is not possible for her to stay standing for long periods, even though she was my partner she was there as a client. Not to mention that Mr. Fernando makes racist, xenophobic and homophobic comments to people and has even hit people while on duty. The salary and hours I worked there are cruel, which consequently led me to stay in the hospital for two days due to working 12-hour shifts that I was supposed to work 6 days a week receiving around €2.90 an hour, where my boss Mr. Gonçalves replaced me without hesitation about my chronic lung disease (COPD) and with a completely disrespectful attitude saying that “he has already found someone else to replace me” I am very grateful to the ladies who work in the kitchen, like Solange and Sandra, who helped and defended me during difficult times during this job and I hope this observation makes the owner of the Bote change his ways of not respecting chronic medical conditions and ILLEGAL conditions of work.
Terribly, we did 100km/s to come and eat at this restaurant that even has a good review... We started with an octopus salad, loaded with cooking oil for frying, I think I felt a hint of olive oil, saucer super small and poorly served.We ordered two beef steaks (Bitoque).My wife's meat was edible, the color of the meat was apparently normal, it tasted +/-. My completely flavorless meat was dry, freezer burnt, I saw that they defrosted the meat in the microwave and then stuck it in the frying pan. It had a terrible flavor and was super dry and tough.The terrible rice, heated in the microwave too, didn't even look fresh... I left the meat on the plate, they didn't even ask me if everything was ok, I think they realized that I understood what had happened... I was ashamed. ..We spent almost €40, Never again, we ended up going to McDonald's we were hungry
