The restaurant has the privilege of being exceptionally located. A true paradise. I echo the words of another commentator. Acceptable food and poor service. With no rules at all. Anyone who eats snacks has to go and ask for it at the counter, pick it up and later, sitting and relaxed, if they want to reinforce it with something else they have to go back to the counter. There is no patience for this type of management, very stupid! On the other half of the terrace, those ordering meat and fish have table service! Total discrimination! Absurd.

As many report - on Google and Trip Advisor - terrible service in a paradisiacal location. Initially they force you to consume a full meal in order to sit down. Until then, ok. We would make this effort, even though we had already had lunch, as there is no shade on the beach and we had a two-year-old baby and I was 6 months pregnant. Just two rude attendants, they left us waiting for about 15 minutes (note: in April, low season and not many people to serve). They asked about 3 times if we were going to consume it. When we finally sit down, it takes longer to be served. We ordered drinks and my daughter had a tantrum and cried. To which we were asked again if we were going to eat, because otherwise we would have to vacate the table. I asked for a little patience, because first I was going to put my daughter to sleep. The attendant simply removed the drinks and kicked us out of the place, as we couldn't stay there and called the owner. I explained again that I just wanted peace for my daughter to sleep and for me to order food calmly. Finally, the owner agreed to wait for the child to calm down. It was a lack of empathy and education, which I had never seen in my life. Nowhere have I been treated so badly. And if there was a tree on the beach, I would certainly rather stay under it fasting and thirsty than be in that restaurant again. ESCAPE if you want to have a good day at the beach.

My boyfriend and I were completely dissatisfied with the service provided by the manager/owner... I don't know what that man is, but he needs to learn more about friendliness and common sense when running a business, we waited for a while for a table, and finally he answered other people, and ignored our request. Attention... a nice lady even reinforced that we were ahead of her. In short, TERRIBLE!We returned frustrated, without lunch and without a day at the beach. Galapinhos is our favorite beach. It's a shame to have this bad experience.

There is no meal to evaluate... because it was never possible to enter the space. He was an extremely arrogant manager or owner with no respect for the waiting line. After waiting and being treated poorly, he was able to give way to people who told him we were waiting up front. We lost the desire to stay at this restaurant and left. We didn't have lunch and we didn't have a day ofbeach.The beach is fantastic and so is the space, but the energy and service is simply horrible.

I refuse to come back to this establishment due to their inhumane treatment of animals.On two occasions, a small dog attempted to enter the restaurant, and both times the waiter responded by forcefully hitting the dog. This behavior is utterly unacceptable.The whole service was also terrible, as the manager was being rude even with her employee in front of us.
