This place used to be one of my favorites. We often visited with family and friends. We were among the first customers when they opened in Setúbal. However, today was a shocking experience. We ordered oysters and wine, and since we were with children, we ordered burgers and sandwiches for them from a neighboring restaurant.
Just as we were about to serve the kids their food, a completely unreasonable and rude woman approached us. She began scolding us as if we were children. She didn't apologize, didn't ask us politely, and didn't wish us a pleasant evening. Instead, she rudely shouted, "WE HAVE RULES!!" and told us we couldn't bring in food from other establishments.
The service was not just neutral, it was extremely unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful. There are many ways to inform your customers about the rules, and shouting like a madwoman is the last one you should use
