Horrible management!
After consuming and meeting with four people, we were rudely approached by an employee and asked if we were going to consume anything else, in order to demonstrate that we were being a nuisance in the place. To which I immediately get up and try to question the situation directly with management to try to sympathetically understand.
I was told:
- that we were at a table of 2 people and not 4 people (no one told us another option);
- who don't like customers having tablets and computers with them (we had 2 tablets on the table and this information is nowhere to be found in the space);
- and that for further explanations, I, as a customer, should seek to find out more, another day that is more convenient for management.
All of this in a harsh and inattentive manner, completely contrary to the professional ethics of the area. I still had to walk behind the manager himself as he moved around the counter and be able to give me an explanation, who clearly had no interest in giving or keeping customers and providing no solution.
I still inform you that we were consuming and the establishment was not at all full.
What is the most convenient day to be a customer at this establishment?
We are left in the dark.
