Great place for a casual dinner Best food we've had in albufeira Fresh fish and seafood Friendly staff
Husband and wife run the place, very friendly. Our apartment was right next door and we stopped there often. They offer light snacks like sandwiches, but also have fish & meat of the day updated daily. We enjoyed various meals like fresh tuna, chicken, soups, etc. Very casual atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating, stay as long as you like. Closed on Sundays.
Food is amazing and very friendly owners called Manuel and Fatima ! Highly recommended to try local Portuguese food and we will be back to eat here again in the future !

The prawns are to die for and the lamb chops out of this world ? my wife had the Portuguese steak and loved it ? ?
Called in here based on the reviews and decided to book a a table, when we got there we were the only ones in the restaurant! We shared the couvert and cheese. My husband had the portuguese steak which he said was really good. I ordered the sea bream which came with potatoes, it was very nice, but I thought it was a bit expensive at 16 euros. Owner and wife both very pleasant and asked how our meals were.
Manuel and Fatima offer a warm welcome and amazing authentic Portuguese food, had the fried squid and potatoes and lamb chops and shank, it was cooked and seasoned perfectly, it's off the beaten track but worth the effort as they offer some of the best food around at amazing prices.
Lovely food, great value. Could not recommend it more. Lots of sea food and freshly baked cakes. A delight!!

A small café / restaurant in Albufeira that serves the most delicious traditional Portuguese food (along with some British offerings). We turned up around 6pm and were offered rabbit and potatoes (coelho a caçador or rabbit of the hunter) as the meal of the day. It was divine, a perfect blend of flavours and the right amount for an evening meal. The service was lovely, the couple that run the place are very friendly and kind. Every night they do a different Portuguese meal and also have a variety of fresh fish on the menu. The prices are very reasonable and all in all we couldn't fault anything. If you want a little bit of "true" Portugal without silly prices or pretentiousness then this is definitely worth a visit!!
Definitely recommend it if you wanna taste local vibes, to-the-point but super tasteful Portuguese kitchen made with love from the family owning the place. Affordable prices and excellent service. Thanks you :)
Lovely little hidden gem got the salmon and the garlic prawns was absolutely beautiful looks like there’s not much to it on the outside but the food is the best food I’ve had since I’ve been in Portugal.
