I hadn't been to the restaurant for about a year, but as Kodachi (which is on the street next door) was sold out and this restaurant was empty, and as I was in a hurry, I decided to go in. I order the tasting menu, as I have always ordered at this restaurant, and I order it at all when I have an appetite. I also asked for a small water, which they explained was not sold there, and I would have to order a 750cl bottle of filtered water (what a deal!) or order another drink. I ordered another drink. The food was acceptable, nothing extraordinary (too many sauces and some pieces fell apart easily when we picked them up), and the restaurant was practically empty. When I ask to repeat the starter (a chopped salmon), they say that they haven't repeated the raw fish, the sashimi or the salmon starter for 6 months. Now, this is a complete break with the practice of tasting menus - and without informing the customer. It's no longer enough to have all those pieces that some of us don't even like (to fill up), as in this restaurant, they also adopted the policy of not repeating raw fish. I feel cheated. Never coming back.

We came here last year and really enjoyed it. This year we tried to do it again, but it was lower than we expected. They also have a tasting menu, but miso soup is not included and sashimi cannot be repeated.

What a great first experience, I had never been so well received in a restaurant! Excellent service from all the staff, but especially from Edna, who welcomed us from the beginning and was proactive in ensuring we had the best and only the best experience. The sushi was very good, fresh and without a doubt a great experience, but the star was without a doubt Edna's pitcher of mojito, if you come please order the same I guarantee you won't regret it!!
