Quite a long time to wait to try the fried cuttlefish when we are at the "tasca do chocofried".... we expected quick service!! We asked for a table on the street...., it was not possible, but for the customers who entered after us without a reservation, they managed to find one, separating a table!! Furthermore, they still had the right to be served first, when their oeido was the same as ours. We asked for mayonnaise to accompany the fried chico dish... it never arrived!!! In short: I don't recommend it!

We Just ate the Most delicous Portion of cuttlefish (choco frito). The Portion was big, everything was fresh the Presentation was beautiful and the taste was amazing. We will definately come back. The Service was also very friendly :)

Superb local delicacy Choco Frito served fresh and quickly. Beer served icy cold in clay jugs is a bonus too. Prices are excellent. The clean open kitchen shows you that they're serious about the hygiene inside, the near constant pigeons walking across any empty outside tables, however, isn't nice! Every table should get a good disinfectant wipe when a new guest sits down.
The cuttlefish was good but the fries that came with it were cold. That is however not surprising since we waited 1 hour for our order to arrive. Last but not least the place is pigeon infested with pigeons walking around and eating of the leftovers on the tables even inside of the restaurant.

I don't know why this place gets such a bad rating. It's a wonderful place for Setubal food. The Cuttlefish wasn't greasy at all, and the Cuttlefish with green sauce was superb as was the soup. The portions are generous and the price very reasonable.
