I trusted the reviews and I had very high expectations on this place, unfortunately I was very disappointed.
I generally felt that the communication with anyone working here was impossible and they were all extremely rude, I noticed that with local people they were nicer and smiling
We waited quite some time for a table for 2, it was 13 pm so we understand that the restaurant was full.
When we finally had a table they came for the order, with no context and not even the effort to talk in English. I had to ask for something to drink, the waitresses couldn’t care less.
After, we started to see literally anyone around us getting the food they ordered, even people that came later than us. We asked the waitress an update and she said she would have check for us, then she kept on passing by and she never came back. 100% they missed our order, that can happen it’s just unpleasant the lack of communication.
We waited another 25 min after we asked an update and then we left. The food looks good but overall I would have preferred a more expensive restaurant with a better service.
I wouldn’t suggest to go there if you are a tourist and you don’t speak Portuguese.

Noisy restaurant because it is on the side of the road.
The rice was very good and the meat cooking was also good.
The formula leaves no choice for dessert (seasonal fruit with quince marmalade) but at the same time, the price is not very high, €9 or €10 per person.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, testé ce mdi. Cuisson sur la braise a l'extérieur. Prendre poulet ou sardines grillées avec de bonnes frites et du riz pilaf : formule à 10€ avec boisson, salade grecque sans la fêta, petit dessert rafraîchissant tranches oranges fraîche avec écorce d oranges confites a la cannelle Clientèle de locaux et de tourisme.

Don't trust the chicken cooking under your nose...Run away quickly
The half chicken looks like a hungry quail or pigeon
You have to clear your table so that they can put their “plate” down, we speak to you sharply
Dessert are three slices of blood orange fighting on the plate
Honestly go to art'aska which is 20m further and you will find what you need there

Freshly grilled piri piri was good. It's a different style than some of the BBQ chicken in Lisbon. Tasty! There's just a few pieces that are dry but that's normal for BBQ. Comes with drinks ( try the sweetest OJ) , bread olives n salad.

The food was delicious, chicken piri piri, delicious crispy fries, a well-filled salad and a bowl of rice. The service was dramatic, colleagues snarling among themselves, no menu offered and more attention to her phone when paying and no thank you could be given in connection with the tip.

Tasty food, we tried grilled sardines and sea bream, accompanied by fried and boiled potatoes. We liked both dishes. The service was very slow, we ordered a beer that never arrived and the table next to us, who ordered at the same time, had not yet received the dish when we finished eating. I think it depends on luck to have a good experience! The meal costs 10-12e.
