If you want a really special dining experience while you're in Lisbon, this is the place to go. Joice and Luis prepare your meal as you watch and chat with them. It's very intimate and unique and everything they prepared was delicious. The prices are also quite reasonable. Be sure to get a reservation, as there are only two tables but be prepared for a fun evening!
Luis & Joyce welcomed us right from the start of our memorable evening with them. We felt like friends had invited us over to dinner. The food was excellent as was the service. They both were right there fixing the meal as we chatted. We ate the best bruschetta we ‘ve ever had, followed by meat balls and rice in a delicious sauce. For dessert, we enjoyed banana cake and vanilla gelato. All types of drinks are available…we drank a great bottle of Douro red wine followed...
Estamine art food drink was a tiny sweet restaurant we just happened to walk by and saw Luis (one of the owners) smiling at us through the window. We knew we had to try it and were lucky to obtain a reservation the day before we departed Portugal. It was one of the most special dining experiences we have ever had.
