Fantastic food that caters for all tastes and budgets. The service is top class. Very friendly without being over the top. This questionnaire asks about the speed of service as if fast is better but I’d rather say that the speed is just right. You have time to enjoy your meal without being rushed.

We have been here many times before but not under the ‘new’ management. We were slightly concerned that things might not be the same but we need not have worried. Friendly, attentive service and lovely food. Perfect for our first night in Alvor.

Very professional & friendly service from all the staff. We had fish soup & prawn cocktail for starters, followed by generous size excellent sirloin steaks with a great pepper sauce. We shared a flambé pancake & ice cream desert. Had a bottle of the house red wine which was great wine for the price. All in all a great experience. Definitely would return.

Me and my Fiancée came across this restaurant before our holiday on New Years Day. We decided to dine here on the 1st January and it did not disappoint! The food was so fresh and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Feels very homely inside with the big open fire. Nelson and his colleagues are very polite people, they have a great relationship with clientele. MUST TRY! hope to be back next year!!

An absolutely beautiful restaurant, with a really beautiful set up. white linen, immaculately dressed staff, a lovely fireplace, and décor to die for. The Staff , Nelson, Mariano and Jose were just lovely and very attentive. We went for a special meal at the end of our very first holiday to Portugal over the Christmas period, and what a meal it was. The food was delicious, the desert of crepes suzette, was done at the side of the table and was a first for me, but oh my goodness it was delicious. This is a very special place and somewhere everyone visiting this part of Portugal should visit at least once. Nelson even called us a taxi. We will be back to Portugal and definitely to this beautiful restaurant.
