Server was unable to answer questions on the menu and said was new. Manager served our mains whilst we were still eating our starters. Did not apologise or say would return them.

Excellent start but rest of service very slow. After drink order taken, the drinks were not served for 25 minutes. Then food order taken (we had been sat for over half hour at this point). It took another half hour for starter to come and then another long wait for mains. Food fine and great atmosphere but service was too slow meaning our toddler was getting restless as her food didn't come until over an hour after we had sat down.

Unfortunately the worst HRC I visit. The starters came directly with the main menu. Table was out of balance en we got the wrong beer of which we ordered. It is also a very small HRC for such a big city.

We had a very nice evening with 2 families at the Hard Rock in Lisbon. The ambiance is nice and the staff is so friendly. The food and drinks are very good. We recommend the Hard Rock to everyone that likes good music and good food in a nice setting.

Mediocre food, poor service as only one server was running around between 6 to 8 tables. Server was great but had no help. Have been to better Hard Rock cafes.

Wir waren jetzt schon in mehreren Städten in einem Hardrock Cafe, aber dieses gehört definitiv zu einem besseren. Sehr nettes Personal, nicht zu eng von den Tischen und das Essen war top👍🏻
