Tot 3 maal toe hadden ze niet wat op de kaart stond. Idem met de wijn hier hadden ze 4 van de 6 wijnen niet. Onze ervaringen in Singapore dag en nacht verschil. Daarom zijn we maar elders iets gaan eten.

The service was outstanding. We always go there for celebrations, food is good, not cheap but good, but the environment and the people who work there are amazing!!! We really like the experience we always live there.

The shrimps were overcooked and served in a small bowl which made it difficult to use a knife and fork. Presentationally did not look good. My wife had the macaroni and chicken which she liked. Her mango berry drink was watery and overpriced. Service from a young Brazilian waiter was exceptional. He deserves to succeed at whatever he does.

Music always too loud, specially after 10pm but before it could be a little less also cause it's impossible to have a chat in a low register. The servers are very friendly but it took too long to bring my bill. The quality of the food... It's too expensive for the quality of it. For the price you pay its not worthed. I think you have been loosing quality over the years but the prices have also been rising... Unfortunately I wont come back.

La experiencia fue mejor de la esperada. Joao estuvo pendiente de cualquier cosa que precisamos y la comida estaba estupenda. Cuando vuelva a Lisboa será un sitio que volveré a visitar sin dudas!

Our experience at the Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon was very good. The food was tasty, the staff were friendly and proactive. Just the sound that could be a little quieter, to allow people to talk without having to force their voices.

Absolutely brilliant! This was our first trip to a Hard Rock Cafe. The kids (teenagers) loved it & so did we. The food & service were excellent & we all enjoyed looking at the memorabilia afterwards. Great value for money & a truly beautiful building in Lisbon. Will definitely visit again!

Didn't like it much. The service was not very good, the waiter took a while to notice us (it wasn't really full), my friend ordered a side of mac and cheese that never came (at least it wasn't charged). Overall, wouldn't come back.

Ordered the Messi Burger. Was very disappointing with minimal cheese and caramelised red onion. Was supposed to be kids eat free, but we had to request this discount to be applied to the bill. Wouldn't be in a rush to go back.

Our first contact with out hostess was really nice. That's almost the end of the good part. Our assigned waiter Cristiano was barely saying a word to us except for the minimum necessary. My stake salad had the hardest meat to chew ever. The rest of the dish was fine. The hamburger was Ok as well. And the homemade apple cobbler was amazing. Al least we ended the meal on a high note.
La atención inmejorable. Nuestra camarera de mesa fue Cristina y estuvo muy atenta en todo momento. Lo mejor de todo fue a la hora del postre, que era mi cumpleaños y Cristina organizó una buena ya que animó a todo el restaurante y me cantaron el cumpleaños feliz, con velas y todo. Muy contento. Lo recomiendo 100%
Awesome. Loud clapping and shouting for some dude's birthday was annoying. Could do with a shake up of the menu which hasn't changed since the early 2000s. Rodrigo was super charged.

Overall experience was poor, the restaurant was fairly quiet and it took a long time to be served. We had 2 cocktails both didn't taste great. I would never order cocktails from Hard Rock again. Food was very average.

We ordered Portuguese beer and had Heineken button to us. When we asked to change 1 of them to the correct order they said no worries but that never came. Food was lovely but asked for mayo that never came, 3/4 way through the meal I asked again to which it did come out. When the bill came we were charged for 4 waters which we did not have and also charged for the incorrect beers we did not ask for. We were refunded for the water but there was no apologies and we still had to pay for the increase from Portuguese beer to English.
