A Ver Tavira is an absolute gem in the heart of Tavira!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance is charming, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with stunning views that add to the overall experience.
The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish we tried was unique, bursting with local flavors and beautifully presented. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the chef's creativity truly shone through in each course. My own favorite was the octopus dish - it was cooked to perfection, with a perfectly balanced combination of flavors and simply melted in my mouth.
The wine selection was equally impressive and the staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect wine for our dishes.
A special thank you to the staff, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit.
A Ver Tavira is a must-visit for anyone looking for an amazing dining experience. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Tavira. Highly recommend!

Call to clarify and restaurant refuses to pro use a refund.

Seated outside with a beautiful view over Tavira, we had the 7 course Menu for Dinner (10 course is also offered) alongside a wine pairing. Very motivated and friendly staff who are happy to answer any questions on the food or the wine you might have. And of course absolutely excellent food with a focus on (locally sourced) seafood/fish and its portuguese origins. The „deep sea“ course, which consisted of a scarlet shrimp presented/prepared in several different methods, was incredible. Also the line fish in nettle broth (see picture) was delicious! Overall we had a great dining experience in a perfect atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy fine dining!
