One of the best meals I’ve ever had! This place had been highly recommended to me so expectations were high but it definitely lived up to it! The steak was sooo good plus the sauces and sides were perfection ?Just book it, you won’t be disappointed! The staff are super friendly too and make you feel so welcome. Brilliant value for money too.

A gem in Tavira! Small, cozy restaurant off the busy streets. The waiters were all incredibly pleasant and service minded. We got the food quickly and it tasted amazingly good! We thought it was so good that we went back the next day. The food is French-inspired, but all the wine is Portuguese. The price level is very good and you get very good value for money. Can't fault this place.

Another great restaurant in Tavira. Great food with wonderfully attentive and knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t fault a thing. We arrived early and Philipe was super nice and simply made us welcome with a great wine choice. Great restaurant but be warned you must book as whilst we were there they must have turned 20 couples away that had not. A proper gem of a place.

10/10 the best restaurant in Tavira ? Amazing food, friendly and knowledgable staff and great atmosphere. We ate here 4 times over 10 days and it was perfect every time ❤️ Not pictured but the almond tart is a must have for dessert !!
A must if in Tavira After some research and reading the reviews I booked Artefact a few months in advance of our trip and I’m so glad I did! I little gem of a restaurant tucked away and the food is outstanding, the flavours from the food is just another level and the staff are very attentive and friendly but also not in your face, they explain the menu and wines and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend a visit, I would travel back to Tavira just for this restaurant! Some advice though book well in advance.
