A spectacular surprise! I was well served, a pleasant atmosphere facing the bridge, the amount paid for a dish was super satisfactory, attentive waiters, a great restaurant. I recommend it!?

We are business people who passed through Tavira yesterday June 3 during lunch time. The Beria Rio terrace is well located and the charming site on the edge of the river. However, the experience was unpleasant from A to Z. The waitress (thin, short bob hair, around 60 years old or more), was from the start arrogant and contemptuous towards us (there were two of us, my colleague and I). She was impatient, rude and abrupt. I would like to point out that we were two very courteous and kind people, and that nothing in our behavior justified such treatment. We ordered two glasses of rosé wine, and asked for a lunch menu. But faced with so much rudeness on the part of the waitress, we cut short our intention to eat, and promptly asked her for the bill and left... without even drinking our glass of wine because her attitude was so odious to our regard. If I had such an employee, I would have fired her on the spot. It’s a shame that the service doesn’t match the beauty of the site.

The food was super tasty but the service was nice but it took 20 minutes for someone to come to us and 50 minutes for the food to arrive and there wasn't much going on. You have to be careful on Google it always says a different time and sometimes it's closed because of the siesta.

It was good for a little snack in between. The service was quick and spoke English. Price pleasant. The view of the Ponta Romana is also unique. However, probably due to strong gusts, a lot of rubbish collected under the tables and on the edges. It's a shame for the ambience.

The best place to eat ever! On weekends they have a roast beef with Yorkshire pudding. It is amazing. Go for a glass of wine during the day make a reservation and reserve your meal as well. They also have roast pork. The place is quite large. You can dine outside, indoors or in the garden. It is located on the street close to the old Roman bridge. Seriously awesome ????
