Went here to have a very late lunch. We told the staff we are vegan and they are very helpful. They tell you immediately what will work or suggests changes like garlic naan without butter, the mixed platter without paneer and so on. Very nice and welcoming. The food was very nice and authentic. Would’ve give 5 stars.

Naan, chai, and veggies were good but the chicken and kabobs weren’t good at all. Location is right in front of a trashcan so there are little bugs that bite you while you eat. Other than that staff is also very friendly

My wife and I came here yesterday for a curry and it was fantastic. We had been here before 4 years ago and it was great and this time it was just as good. Last year we went to a different curry house in Tavira and it was very disappointing but Dawat was brilliant. Very tasty curries, generous portions and great service. We will probably return again tonight! Highly recommended.

Unbelievable Indian food and world class service. My go to in Tavira.
Very polite service, with great attention to us. The food and sangria are freshly prepared, and everything is very tasty, it's difficult not to fall in love with these flavors. Finally, which we couldn't avoid exposing, we had already left the restaurant and were strolling along the waterfront when the waiter came to meet us to return a coat we had left at the place. Thank you very much for your sincerity and attention. I highly recommend it.
