Some reviews have commented on the staff , whilst they could be more outgoing please do not be put off, the food is outstanding. Portion sizes on the large size we could have shared the sirloin stake . It is a extremely good value place to eat we still go back each year.

Well the previous reviews didn’t lie. Owner/waiter abrupt, rude and damn right miserable. We thought the previous reviews were just the Karen’s of the world but they were true! However food was of good quality, portion size was very good and very reasonably priced. We would go back for the food but we waited over an hour and he forgot our starters but that’s ok he’ll just shrug it off and blame it on his waitress who forgot.

They have turkey steaks, all right.
They have a grumpy reluctant waiter present.
Salad is served pre-made with oil and vinegar, this is not fresh salad. You have an orange juice squeezer but don't feel like using it. I won't go there a second time.

Lovely food but the older man waiter is very miserable

One of the best restaurants I went to in Tavira, if not the best, from the starters, cheese and ham board, with sweets and crackers, to bread, olives and fantastic food. Everything was very well prepared and the desserts were great.To return, excellent quality price.Thanks

Rude! Rude! Rude!Visited yesterday after 2:00pm and the patio was empty.We asked if we could have dessert and coffee and we’retold very rudely that they only serve a full lunch.Would never visit a place like that again!

What can you say about this, no dogs are allowed on the terrace of this restaurant, not even next to the terrace, the owner refers to the law, which has also allowed dogs inside the restaurant since 2017, so the owner is making use of his house rules, If he doesn't want our money we go somewhere else or grill ourselves. I recommend a sign saying dogs are not allowed.
