Restaurant with a nice little terrace, but which makes it easier for the staff to forget. The food was good, but the seafood cataplana had too much sweet pepper. Seafood rice was tasty and sweet. Both filled with seafood. I will be back to try other dishes. On the weekend it is better to make a reservation.

Last year we found the camping restaurant less good than now. We have already eaten there five times and it was great every time! When asked, it turned out that the kitchen brigade was the same as last year. So compliments!

Unexpectedly great food (the prato do dia was fantastic) and very friendly staff, doing their best to serve people quickly! Prices were totally ok for what we got. And the homemade desserts are very tasty, too!

What a strange coincidence :-)2x food, 2x double amount of drinks charged. Restaurant almost empty, only a few guests.The first time we complained in a friendly manner and thought it was a mistake.Two days later we had dinner there again (because it was actually quite good). Same game again. Is this supposed to be a coincidence? We really don't want to believe that.I explain the whole matter to the responsible lady from the service. From my point of view, her answer was not very convincing: I also have to check the invoice ("You must control the invoice")That was her "excuse."That's not the only reason why we won't visit this restaurant again. The last meal was mediocre overall. The meat was tough and the side dishes only lukewarm. However, the sauces tasted great. The question of how we want the steak should actually have been superfluous. You can't fry such a thin steak medium.In terms of crowds, it was just about the same. My wife's "steak" was a child's portion.

Every bit as good as last time they even made me a half portion of one of their two people dishes a beautiful seafood stew OMG my good lady had a sirloin steak. Staff were lovely all ladies beautiful place to eat.

A pleasant surprise this camper. Delicious seafood rice. The fried cuttlefish and clay pot were divine. The staff were very friendly and the service was fast QB, considering the time of year and a full house. I recommend booking in advance outside of meal times. Outside plenty of parking available. Short wine list, but has good solutions to accompany the meal.

Very good food and attentive service, at fair prices. We waited a little while for a table, but they were super helpful with us. We tried the squid and tuna kebabs and they were very good. The fried cuttlefish starter and sangria are also approved. A little noisy, but that's part of the Algarve experience in the summer ?

Young and efficient staff. Strong shellfish menu with a few meat dishes (the latter don't impress). Pork "secretos" were chewy and overcooked (quality of the meat is questionable). The fried prawns are recommended. Desserts: Dom Rodrigo was the best of the night.

Possible food poisoningMy stomach felt dreadful after eating here last night. Then this morning I threw up violently and have felt terrible ever since, ruining my holiday. The only thing I have done differently to any other night was to eat here, so I’m pretty positive something was wrong with the food I was served.Below is still my original five star review.———————————————Excellent meal out in Cabanas De Tavira.Really worth coming here and paying that little bit extra and getting much better quality meat and ingredients. We ordered the Sebastian Steak and the Bacalhau and both were superb and HUGE. Service was “OK” (no one asked if our meal was ok). Incredibly tasty all round. Would go again. Best meal I’ve had out in years (Usually I always seem to end up with mediocre food no matter how much I pay). They should probably describe what Sebastian/Campista is on the menu.
