Not a good pizza at all. Was promised a table but had to wait 30 minutes after the agreed time anyway and when we got the table I had to place an order before I had even had time to sit down.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the restaurant. Upon arriving at the venue, I was informed that they were not accepting reservations for the rest of the night and that they did not know when they would be able to accommodate me. This response was disappointing as I had been looking forward to dining at the restaurant.
However, what made the situation even more unacceptable was that just 10 minutes later, I observed the restaurant accepting reservations from other customers. This unequal treatment left me deeply dissatisfied and disrespected. I expected a much more professional and transparent level of service from an establishment that is proud of its reputation.
I hope the restaurant can review its customer service practices to ensure everyone is treated fairly and that situations like this don't happen again. Satisfied customers are essential for any business, and this type of negative experience certainly discourages any desire to return.
