The food is wonderful! Freshly made salads and pasta with fresh ingredients!I just don't like the baguette because one of the ingredients is egg and you end up not feeling the taste of the paste, just the egg and lettuce and tomato! Otherwise, all very good ☺️

Fast food restaurant in a large shopping center, sandwiches, soup, wok and pasta dishes and delicious, fresh, well-filled salads.Price-quality ratio is excellent, highly recommended for a quick healthy lunch!

Geschmacklose Wraps, ohne Salz oder sonstige Gewürze. Alle Lebensmittel wurde zwar mit Handschuhen angefasst aber auch das Geld beim Kassieren. Ekelhaft. Nie wieder.Tasteless wraps, no salt or other spices. All groceries were touched with gloves but so was the cash at the cash register. Disgusting. Never.

Let's start with the good. The variety. Diogo and A’s friendliness.Less good. Diogo doesn't work well under pressure from the managers present.Need more training to deal with team questions with managers present.What went very wrong, the managers, seeing the situation, did not intervene. They left Diogo at his mercy.I understood the difference in attitude and immediately retreated so as not to leave Diogo in checkmate.Whoever could have intervened didn't, they could have said something like that, since there are two of you, your chicken can go in the other person's salad.They could have said, Diogo, just this once, replace the chicken with another ingredient.The logic that there is no such thing as an ingredient and any other ingredient can be substituted for it, not being applied to another ingredient that I believe is more expensive than any other ingredient in the display left me filled with venom at the concept.More poison from superiors and management.The answer Diogo gave is right from the perspective that meals are pre-programmed in the system and you are supposed to follow the recipe.If there is an option where you can choose the ingredients and another where you have a suggestion, then the customer has the idea that they are adaptable, which in practice they are not.There is no flexibility.I didn't even want another ingredient, but I asked, to see the answer, because everything seemed very systemic and I just saw that the system makes employees unhappy, and leaves customers with a venom of anger.The meal was good and was only saved by the friendliness of the employees in very adverse conditions, the three of them deserve a compliment from me and everyone else.After being at Q.B. Concept in Portimão, I went to the one in Tavira, I found out that the team was equally friendly but unhappy with the salary. I don't know how much they earn, but a comment that slipped into the air during a break made it clear that there, too, they pay very little and their work is recognized very poorly.But my hatred really goes to the QB Concept in Portimão.I'm sorry I don't know the name of the director or supervisor. But if anyone wants to know, I kept the receipt so they could see their faces on camera and teach them a little about paying attention to external and internal customers.Money isn't always the answer, but I confess that what I still feel two days later is pure anger towards my bosses.As for Diogo and the other two who were clearly in training, congratulations. And don't stop there, you with this friendliness, you can have more and better, because with bosses like that, your vacation will be a blessing, you were friendly, dynamic, a little disorganized but I think the bosses weren't helping, they were very good.And Diogo, your answer needs to be worked on, but you have to find the best strategy to continue being friendly, efficient and effective.I will come back and evaluate the service to understand if the managers are still on the roost or if they have already come down and got their hands dirty, showing, for example, how it's done.And if what Diogo responded was what he learned, then the leadership has to change. They are not good, the results are not everything. One day wear and tear will attack the very foundations of the company. Customers will go where they prefer, even if they pay more.
