I was here two years ago and it was good. Now it’s even better, I’m reluctant to review it as I don’t want any more people to go. In a week I have gone 3 times. All the dishes are good and you can have something more special or more simple and be delighted. You’ll need to reserve for groups before 11:30 but they have what’s app.
The best place for lunch in Tavira. The restaurant is kept spotlessly clean, the food is superb and great value, the house wine is as good as I have had anywhere. You can eat inside or out on the terrace. The staff are brilliant, the nicest group of girls you could wish to meet.
To be honest, the reason we found this place was to avoid the hill into town. It is in a residential area 10 minutes walk to the right coming out of Maria Nova Hotel.The place is pristine, and the staff are excellent, so the place was buzzing on a Saturday afternoon, a mix of tourists and locals. We only had drinks and snacks but the food looked very good.
