fast , clean, smart full of nice and happy people. you can eat, breakfast , lunch, dinner, they are fast and economic.
Probably the best place to stay and have a breakfast, a lunch , an Aperol at mid of the day, a tea before going to sleep. All day rolling. Just great.
Horrible experience! The only place in Portugal that they will charge you 0.5eur for ice when you order it with drinks. Completely unbelievable.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience at this cafe. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 baguettes. The sandwiches arrived fairly quickly, but there was no sign of the baguettes. Those having their sandwiches finished them and over 20 minutes after they arrived we spoke to one of the staff about where the baguettes were and they said they would bring them out shortly. 10 minutes later there was still no sign so we spoke to the waitress who we had placed the order with. She became extremely irate and spoke to us in a very aggressive and loud way and as a result we said we no longer wanted the baguettes. At this point she became even more aggressive to the point where we complained to another team member. Apparently they have a system in place whereby some food comes from one kitchen and other food from another which means meals are often delivered at completely different times. Whilst we don't totally understand this with sandwiches and baguettes, had we been told there would be a long delay for the baguettes, we could have made another decision. The system is poor, but our main gripe is with the attitude of the staff member.
What a fab place to people watch. The service was good, the staff friendly and everything we had there (coffee, wine, beer and sandwiches) were perfect. Our go-to place at the end of the evening.
Terrible service, order came out wrong twice. Burgers were eaten before chips even arrived. Family of 6 and 3 items came out then we had to wait about 15 minutes before the remainder cakes. And then the chips!!! Stay away.
This is a perfect spot for people watching with a lovely drink ! We only went in the evening time for a beer and a cocktail but wish we had been for brunch or a cake ! The location is great and the staff are super friendly and chatty ! Definitely worth a visit for a more casual vibe. Would highly recommend.
Perfect breakfast/ lunch spot in the heart of Tavira, both sit in and takeaway. Service is great and staff are friendly.
This café is in a lovely location in the main square. Their prices are good value and their salads are lovely. We had a chicken salad that contained fruits, vegetables & leaves that blended very well. The staff are friendly & helpful. They have lovey pastries that are well worth leaving room for with your coffee. What impressed us was the number of locals enjoying a coffee or wine and listening to a busker nearby.
Lovely staff, Friendly and helpful. Delicious coffee ☕️ Great place to people watch!

Lovely staff, Friendly and helpful. Delicious coffee ☕️ Great place to people watch!
Nice little coffee shop over looking the square in Tavira. Relaxed service, not for those in a rush. Nice coffee, lovely toast and chicken pies
In the middle of Tavira, great spot to have a coffee and a pastel de nata. Good service.A bit old fashioned/traditional as they have not heard of any of the non dairy milk options.
Beautiful coffeeshop with great déserts, delicious coffee, and quick lunch collations menu.Very much enjoyed sitting on the terrace and watching the square while degusting coffee ☕️ and déserts
Great spot for that morning coffee (with or without the family!). Veneza is a busy cafe - and known for providing Portuguese cuisine. This place provides nicely cooked pasteles, bastilla and pies. You will find good local biscuits, fruitcakes and real croissants here! The perfect place to sit for a while, and watch the world pass by with a good coffee in hand - before family adventures in Tavira continue. They also do lunches. Recommended chill zone!
