I just left this restaurant and it was the last time I set foot there. At the door, the employee told me to come in without even saying good night, still standing at the table, he asked me to sit down and asked me what I would like (without giving me time to sit down), I asked for my francesinha with sauce on the side, to which I come across 2 mits later with my francesinha served on a flat plate! I asked to bring a deep dish which I was rejected!!!! My companion got up and went to the kitchen to get the deep dish!!!!!!

20 years ago, I went there and left disappointed, (quality of the francesinha) at the invitation of friends I went there because everyone wanted to try it, I went there 20 years later and it was even worse, they forget about the customers, they serve the customer in a hurry (literally running) they throw the food on the table, forget about the dishes, they just slow down when it comes to making the bill and getting paid…
