My 'Bistemplar' sandwich with Rocket, Crispy Onions and Yogurt was packed full of flavour, moist and delicious. The service is brilliant with friendly staff, and a good alfresco atmosphere. At the end of the day, we went to eat at Biscaia.Tomar. The service was super friendly and the food was really good. The pulled pork sandwiches were very good and the salads were delicious. The desserts are also to be recommended. Should we be in the neighborhood again, we will be very happy to come back.

One of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve ever had. I smashed the one with rocket, crispy onions and tangy yoghurt sauce - awesome flavour combo. Roll was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect. Such friendly owners too. If you visit Tomar, do yourself a favour and eat here.

Fantastic pulled pork sandwich, you need to put this sandwich in your face, it's truly delicious. I had the Bistemplar, pulled pork on an in house baked bun, with arugula and yogurt sauce, it was killer! Seriously, if you don't eat here, you are doing yourself a disservice because you'd be missing out on one of the best sandwiches you'll ever eat. It's reasonably priced and the serve beer/wine too. Super nice staff and owner too!
