In Tomar, Portugal, don't miss Casa das Ratas! The restaurant has a story behind its name that is worthy of a French film noir or Chicago gangsters. I won't tell you the itinerary to pique your curiosity, go to the restaurant, and talk to its "manager" João, who is very friendly! And the food is delicious! We ordered roast duck and cod fritters, half a bottle of rose wine and chocolate mousse for dessert, which came with a shot of brandy, which transformed the mousse into a wonderful liqueur bonbon.
