One person in my company was vegetarian and very satisfied. As previously noted by others the buns are made with milk. There is no vegan mayo. Having said that the waiter was very friendly and fluent in English. As soon as I mentioned being vegan he was on top of things. But yeah, as a vegan it was mostly taking away things from the vegetarian plate rather than exchanging them.

Traveling with a teen can be tricky when it comes to food. Every once in awhile you have to enjoy a burger on the trip to change up "eating local food". Enigma was a pleasant surprise serving a variety of burgers and chicken sandwiches with ingredients not normally found together... Especially on a burger. It all worked and was tasty. The onion rings and fries were a delightful add to the star of the show. If you visit Tomar, you must stop by Enigma for their delicious burgers!
