Goodnight ! I'm Maurízio trains Italian chef
I went 3 times, two of which I was very disappointed, firstly petit gateau completely melted on the plate, more like hot chocolate, old-fashioned duck rice...10 years living in Portugal I have never eaten duck rice so insignificant...dry without any fat and almost raw rice.
My super negative experience is regrettable, unlike the very well organized table service!

I was a little disappointed, it was said to be "very worth it" but, we ate suckling pig soup, not much flavor, we ordered suckling pig for 2 and we were clear, that only if it was very crispy, that's not what it came with, as for not to mention, poorly served, 6 small pieces for 2. At the end they asked if we wanted some more, given that it was poorly served we thought they would bring a little more and that it would either be courtesy or they would charge a little more, no, they charged 1/2 dose without bringing everything else that makes it up... it's a shame! We didn't go back.
The employee tried to be nice but that doesn't erase the rest!

Excellent suckling pig. And great friendliness and fast service.
We were lucky to get a seat this time. Reservation is recommended when on a weekend. But the excellent service continues. The Piglet is still the best I've ever eaten. And if the food is excellent, it's good that the management values the service, which is simply 5 stars. It's still the best place to eat a good suckling pig, and better service is certainly impossible.
