A restaurant with excellent decor.Contrast with the neighboring restaurant which had a huge queue and this one was empty.The initial visit was to this restaurant but the difference between one and the other left us with doubts. The one on the side with 20 people or more in the queue and it's empty.After 1 hour it was full but there was no huge queue at the door.Positive points: the decoration and the beautiful wine list (it's a shame I wasn't accompanied by someone who appreciates it).The decoration of the dishes... everything was decorative.Very affordable dishes can be included as it is not extremely expensive if you don't choose the best wine list.Very tasty black pork. And the sangria made us feel very positive about the alcohol.Less positive points.The veal meat was a little tough but nothing that wasn't bearable.1 employee manning the counter and room is not enough, as in addition to forgetting orders, the assistance was not the same for us compared to other customers.We went on a Sunday and found that there weren't many restaurants open, which made it a very smart option.

Today, I enjoyed the best polvo a lagareiro I've had in Portugal in years! It was a melt-in-the-mouth feast and I look forward to returing again for more. My friend ordered the pork cheeks and said they were as juicy and tender as a pate. It was a very busy Sunday lunch and the staff worked hard to keep everyone feeling taken care of and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Good atmosphere with 5-star staff! We loved the veal stew and the pork cheeks (even though they allowed us to share!). The dessert was top notch, afternoon chocolate with piri piri and ice cream (very comforting)
