We ate here recently and were very impressed by both the food and the service. The restaurant has excellent views of the Nabão river and Tomar old town. The menu is varied, it’s typically Portuguese food but with a slight up market twist. We had a really enjoyable evening. The only downside we’ve found is that it seems impossible to reach the restaurant on the phone and as it gets very busy making a booking is often vital to get a table. But would definitely recommend.

What can I say other than awful, awful, awful. Waited at least 30 min for a table that was given to locals who didn’t wait at all and came later than me. Had to take a different table cause it was late and every where else was closed to get bad service, and awful food.

I love this little place, right on the river with views of the Monastery above Tomar.The food is excellent, the staff and owners are incredibly helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.If you are visiting Tomar this place is well worth a visit.

This had an upgrade. Last time we were here only thought was a 3*. 3 years ago.Food has improved a lot and so decor.There is an outside seating area overlooking the old town. Which that's why we returned. Owners might be the same across the river.Food was good.Negative point quite expensive compared to others in town. We payed €74 but after 10 days eating out in town the same things pretty much our average was €56 per meal.
