We made a reservation at "The Folk" for dinner, but when we arrived they still hadn't seen our reservation and made us wait more than 30 minutes. Then, waiting for them to set the table, two people arrived and handed it over, seating us in the one they didn't want.Afterwards, it took a long time for the waiters to come and ask us for our order and we waited more than 45 minutes to serve us dinner. They should only be friendly if you stay there, otherwise quite the opposite.

Great staff and wonderful food. The soup was amazing each night! We also enjoyed a little surprise appetizer from the chef with the two dinners we ate at the restaurant.

It's not bad, but a bit on the expensive side. Also, the portions are massive, way too big for one person. The staff was very friendly and the view magnificent.

We purchased the room and meal package at the posada. The meal was average at best. Appetizer was over salted, vegetables over cooked and whole potatoes may have been grilled as they were chared and very dry. If you buy the package you are restricted to certain menu items, some of which may not be available. On a side note, wait staff were unhappy if you poured your wine yourself but we're nowhere insight when the glasses were empty. Also, if you buy the package opt for a larger room.
