Order 461: take away with 5 components. Asked upon delivery if everything was ok. Reported yes. Arrival at destination: once again one of the components is missing, namely "1 of 5". Given that this is not the first time, I hope that the "1 of 5" will be provided free of further costs (because it has already been paid) at the next opportunity.
