I've been going to this burger joint since it started, I've always thought the burgers were great and I still do!But unfortunately, attention towards customers, in my case a regular customer, has been declining!Last time I was served what apparently looked like leftover potato cuts, tiny!Just like the burgers that were served, they were half the usual size, it gives the feeling that they wouldn't have enough, and one made two!

I believe they are losing points in all categories. The last time we ordered a burger in bolo do caco, and the shape of the bread was actually the same, but the bread is clearly not from caco, neither in flavor nor in texture. Only those who don't know what bolo do caco are call that type of bread, bolo do caco. We draw attention to this aspect, which was ignored by employees. And they also said it was made by a person from Madeira.
