3 visits during 1 year and all of them left something to be desired, with the last one being really incredible because they didn't have eggs, shrimp or any meat dish except bitoque... With a price increase of €2 per product. Plus they ask for €10 for a burger that almost looks like a happy meal. We asked for 3 pieces until 15 minutes later they said they only had 2 pieces. Bitoque and cold French fries, surprisingly it was accompanied by eggs that weren't available.
The restaurant waitress told me that there was nothing I wanted to order. I found myself forced to eat something I didn't want... After 30 minutes, 3 people arrived and asked for exactly what I ordered and it was already there… anyway. Last time I went to this establishment.

What was supposed to be a “quick” lunch while passing through Torres Novas, turned into a lunch lasting more than 2 hours. Unfortunately due to lack of efficiency on the part of employees.10-15 minutes from the time we sat down until the menus arrived at the table.Another 10-15 minutes to place the order (after we have called several times)The food itself was acceptable. The steer looked and tasted like pork. When asked, they told us that it was probably because it was being grilled with pork.In the end, when ordering coffees and the bill it took another 20 minutes.Regrettable, but understandable, as there were only 2 people serving the entire restaurant.
