This year we were not at all satisfied with Seven's service. Our group has been getting together for a few years now and we have Christmas dinner at the aforementioned restaurant. Reservations were always made online and everything went smoothly. This year, the day before the first scheduled dinner, we were informed that there would no longer be a place for us, because they had not seen it online.The second time, the same thing happened.It was disappointing.We had to stick with the BlueGin option, which although everything went well, is not the same as what we are used to at the Seven restaurant, as it is a different type of concept.Everything has always gone well, but this year it was like that!

This review was not from a single visit to this restaurant, but from 3 nights in a row.Being staying at the hotel next door, it was recommended to have dinner at this restaurant.Entry goes unnoticed.The service is terrible, terrible, terrible.When we arrived at the room, there was only one table with customers.We sat at the next table and after 30 minutes, no one came to our table.We had to get up and call the employee to our presence for dinner.She was uncomfortable having to go to the table.He was simply behind the counter and with the room almost empty, he didn't want to serve us.The order takes a long time, but the food is well served.Very well prepared and seasoning on point.Table service ruins the experience.The employees seem to be discouraged and unwilling to serve customers.

In the heart of Praça 5 de Outubro, the restaurant has a café-terrace space and on the first floor you can enjoy the restaurant and à la carte food service. After the restaurant closes, the space is adapted to make way for the bar where there are various musical activities, including karaoke on Wednesdays.There is a good overall atmosphere and the space excels in its versatility.

Very nice local medium class restaurant. Although the staff was not speaking English they asked colleagues from downstairs to help with the translation.The wine was served in royal portions.We definitely would recommend it.
