I visited one of your stores in Torres Vedras and found the place to eat acoustically, without any ambient music in the place, making people talk and everything gets mixed up, with horrible acoustics. Try ambient music and better tidying of the room. Another issue concerns the rotation, which is poorly designed and poorly explained, that is, something said at the time you make the purchase (hungry) and then you don't remember what was discussed. It would be better not to have casters. It would cause less discomfort. Speaking of carvery, I was frustrated by the fact that I was eating a pizza with a friend and an attendant turned around and told us that we would have to eat everything before ordering another, which was embarrassing. TERRIBLE HOME DELIVERY SERVICE!
5 attempts, 5 times they arrived almost an hour late and the pizzas were cold!
Excuse given? Lots of requests and we can't handle them all at the same time.... Please note that I placed the orders about an hour and a half before the expected delivery time and they still arrive an hour after that time...
They even change when ordering....

I arrived at the store, as soon as I entered and was welcomed by the team who gave me the utmost attention and made me feel comfortable, the menu was very attractive and best of all... (tempting prices). Very positive experience and I highly recommend it.
Pizza takes a while to come out and there is no WiFi to distract you during this period. The drinks are not fresh and they don't give ice. I'm not coming back here.
