Refinement and good taste atmosphere!!Attentive and careful staff!!!Good food... But not wonderful!! Compared to the other markers (staff, atmosphere...), the food lags behind.

Amazing experience! The restaurant is very elegant, pleasant atmosphere, exemplary service and staff. The food was excellent, we also did a visit and wine tasting, we were very well accompanied by the cheerful and friendly Daniel! ? I recommend it and I will be back!

Can’t tell any positive words about food. Salad served with black avocado, ceviche oversalted and has nothing to do with this name, all main dishes steak, bacalao and pork were not restaurant quality but like buffet food. We couldn’t finish even half of it. Service so so. Nobody was interested why we left all food on plates and charged us in full price. They managed to spoil even crème brûlée as was served freezing cold. Coffee was watered and not enjoyable. All three of us were so disappointed that part of weekend was wasted, will not return or recommend this place to anybody. Any restaurant place in Sintra, Cascais, Lisbon has better food snd service. Atmosphere and landscape around gorgeous. Wine was beautiful not cheap though.

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. We shared a few dishes at our table and everything was beautifully served and delicious! And we were very impressed with the wine pairing suggestions from our waiter. I’ll surely be back.

When we go to the restaurant of the largest cod importer and exporter in Portugal, we go with the high bar that we will certainly eat the best cod of our lives. However, that wasn't what happened at Sal da Adega, we ate a cod dish, where the potatoes were better than the cod.The service was very poor and without any care, we had to get up from the table several times to ask for someone to come to the table.The space is very pleasant, without a doubt.Final note, you have the obligation to have the best cod and have the best cod experience, because at the table with 14 people the theme was Fuso cod.

A great option to try cod in all ways. There are more classic cod dishes and fusion ones, such as cod ceviche. The steak is also very nice.The staff is tireless and the space is beautiful, with an incredible view over the vineyards.

Just the design of this restaurant no longer leaves you indifferent. The food in our case has been excellent, highlighting the cod croquettes, along with the cod and lamb mains. The weakest being the squid strips. The attention of ten with Ana as our hostess regarding the wine and Gonzalo (and his partner) regarding the dishes. A great experience that we recommend to everyone who passes through the area.
