When you inform them that you are allergic to onions and the vegetables come with “onions” but the kitchen and staff assure you that it wasn’t onion but they can’t say what it is ?????!

The manager/supervisor/manager was extremely arrogant in preventing us from drinking a coffee in an area that claimed to be a dining area, however, that same area was not a dining area saying that they would still be closed, however, a customer was already seated, in the area where we wanted to be, drinking coffee just the way we wanted. When we drew attention to this, this same lady said that the client was going to lunch and therefore could be sitting there drinking coffee, I mention that at the beginning of the conversation she said they were closed. it was a bad experience.

We arrived and for them to speak to us seemed like a favor, then we were presented with everything reserved and only in the sun could we have lunch and they were quick to respond, (several empty tables) lack of care in service and more respect was the least.

The service was great, very attentive. The food is good - the fried cuttlefish was excellent. The winter menu is still available, so the menu is a little more limited. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed.

We came without a reservation to eat and they put us at a table in the sun. There were several tables in the shade free and we were told they were all reserved. They didn't even give us the option to sit there until the reservation arrived. The tables were empty the entire time we were there. The service was bad, it took them a long time to serve us and bring us the drinks. They gave us the food without cutlery and after all the waiters ignored us we had to go inside to get the cutlery.
