I collected a to good to go box. On the to good to go website, it states that the establishment will provide the packaging for the customer to take away. When entering the store, the employee indicated that they would have to charge around 1 euro for the packaging. We indicated that we would pay without any problem, however this information would have to be placed in the app so that the customer could be properly prepared. Our order was brought by what we thought was the store manager, who again told us that they would have to charge for the packaging, as if they had to offer the packaging to customers, they would rather throw the food away because it would not be profitable for them to be part of the to good I'm going.
We bought the €4.99 box which was equivalent to €15 and we were given a hamburger, a plastic bag with fries and an apple.
I failed to point out that the decoration is at the same level as where this restaurant is located, inside the castle, however, Mr. Owner, do not confuse decoration with the rest of what you write in your comment below. Furthermore, the tortilla chips were soft. As you mention, my son and his husband couldn't even eat them. The Hamburger... and the apple as you can see in the photo... see and comment for yourself.
You can't just ask for a high price for a burger and clutter when it doesn't even have €2 quality.

Take a look at other restaurants, like D. GABRIEL, or even the Museu restaurant.

I've been to this restaurant a few times and I feel like its initial quality has been decreasing. The last time I went, they served us packaged sweet potatoes, very soft, opened for some time. The tuna pate basically had mayonnaise, the tuna was barely felt. The Camembert cheese with honey and nuts seemed to be past its expiration date (it tasted and smelled like ammonia); with just a hint of honey, so subtle that you didn't even feel the contrast of flavors intended with this combination. The broken eggs had no salt, and the potatoes were also poorly fried and soft. At one point we asked for ice, and they told us that they had run out and there was no way to buy it, since the supermarkets were all closed. The atmosphere, which is usually super pleasant and harmonious, was disturbed by constant video calls from a customer who had been there for a birthday and, as if that wasn't enough, a lady played popular music songs on her cell phone, loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. It would be interesting to raise awareness and alert customers to this type of attitude. The staff are always super attentive and friendly. I'm sorry if this restaurant stops having the quality we're used to.
