I was having a coffee at this “pastry shop”, where I went regularly (and where I will never go again), and I witnessed a regrettable situation where the employee refused to serve a man, just because he asked her to use the bathroom (which usually has the doors locked€. You still tried to be polite, but the employee just screamed. You politely asked for the complaints book, and it was denied, and the person in question left saying that he would not call the police to avoiding heavy fines for the establishment. Not happy, the employee was still kind of hidden, inside the establishment, with a pad and a pen, to write down the registration number of the person in question. Regrettable, unethical, and touching very forcefully on acts capable of being considered a crime. If the gentleman in question reads this comment, and needs a witness to file a criminal complaint, you can contact me. It's all serious, but the most serious thing is that you were denied the complaints book!
