The interior space is quite large, with more than one room for meals, but we also have a covered terrace that you can enjoy even in winter. The service is quite fast and the service is impeccable, and the employees are super helpful. The francesinha is quite good, and it comes quite well served. The prices are very affordable, so for fans I would say that it is worth the trip.(Original)Embora esteja ligeiramente escondida face à estrada principal, acaba por ser bastante positivo, pois conseguimos um ambiente bem mais calmo. “It doesn’t happen often that I’m so satisfied about a restaurant as it happened with Rio Stek House. The food is incredibly delicious- amazing quality meat, marvellous taste and freshness. Even rice with bones were smooth, great structure and tasteful (which is very rare). Very friendly staff and service. We ordered special steak of the house and picanha on stick. We found this place accidentally and it has been the best food we tasted in Portugal. Wide choice of wines for the wine lovers.“

“We stumbled across this family owned restaurant and enjoyed a “meal of a lifetime.” Mussels, grilled squid and salmon were our main dishes and they were complemented by fresh salads and fish soup. The lemon mousse that finished our meal was pure perfection. When you are in Nazaré, make time to eat a meal at Restaurante Gil Vincente. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Wonderful restaurant, very good food and looks great. The fish fillets were fresh, you felt like they were from the day. The meat was tender and on point. Great and tasty dessert. Worth it. “In addition to the great food, the staff is very attentive. I recommend the prego na plate, it's excellent and ends up being affordable. The francesinha is also great. The bleeding is what ruined everything, it's stupidly expensive, it's not justified. The dessert, Red velvet, also failed to impress. It was well served, good presentation, the flavor wasn't bad, but it was too dry.
I'm also not particularly a fan of the intense smell of meat preparation on the customer's table.“

“It must be the best restaurant in the region in my opinion. Both the food and the atmosphere and the best I've eaten to date. I've known the house for over 25 years and I can assure you that there are no surprises. Safe value. I recommend it to everyone.“

“(Translated by Google) Eat well and cheap, only at this tavern. At lunch it is complicated with many customers who eat daily. For lunch and dinner it is better to book.(Original)Comer bem e barato, só nesta taberna. Ao almoço é complicado com muitos clientes que comem diária. Ao lanche e jantar é melhor reservar.“
“Small place off the beaten path. We went about 1:30 on a Wednesday and there was us and a few locals. Service was excellent, menus in both English and Portuguese. We went with the steak on a stone (house special) and were not disappointed. The steak was fantastic and came with 4 different sauces. The dessert to try is their Sericaia: flour, eggs, milk, sugar and sprinkled with cinnamon. Such a simple recipe but sooo good. Not too sweet, like a pudding/flan texture. We tend to stay away from busy tourist places and find the local ones - this was one and so glad we stumbled across it“

“It's the 2nd time I've been there and it won't be the last. Young and dynamic team. The cover charge is delicious. The dishes are very well served and the caramel fondant with vanilla ice cream is divine. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee. Such an easy thing to miss and yet I think it would have been one of the worst I've ever drunk.
Vegetarian options: Good options“

“Fantastic Leitao in Maia, so close to Porto Airport, we were just looking for Leitao and found this amazing place. The pork was just perfect, crunchy skin, juicy meat, superb flavours, salad very fresh and addictive fries.
Combined with rose sparkling wine we had a wonderful meal before our trip to the airport.“

“I was happy that I found this place on a very rainy day on the Camino to get some food and rest. I had a huge pilgrims menu with soup, bread, salad, main dish, wine and coffee for only 7€!!! The staff was kind and the food was tasty. And no, they do not charge pilgrims more than locals ;-)“
“Homemade Portuguese food very good and at a good price. We tried the "tripas a modo do Porto" (white beans with tripe), "pataniscos de bacalhau" (a kind of cod fritters) and for dessert "baba de camelo", all very tasty. Totally recommended.“

“Establishment recommended by our air BNB host, we ate there twice and had take away once during our stay in Porto. The fish and meats are generous, grilled, the service is fast. The whole team was wonderful during our dinners. Thanks to Fabio, Mom Mylène & Raphaël“

“Take away, well located, serving several areas of the center of Maia.
Excellent employees, due to the quality of the service, the amount of traffic is large and makes the service a little slow.
I recommend.
Parking: Due to the influx, parking is not easy.“
“After trying-out a Churrasqueira Cardosa in Portimão and Paraiso in Porto, we tried this one and this time there was lots of food for even cheaper. We ordered the same as the other places - two chickens, fries, salad and rice. This time we got a liter of wine and two soft drinks, we had a lotnof leftovers which we took with us and gave to a homelss. Total: 29.10€. Food was awesome.“

“A while since I was last here for lunch but it's as good as I remembered. Traditional dishes, burgers and quick lunch options at very reasonable prices. My burger was tasty, good to see half bottles of wine available, friendly service and a clean and spacious dining area with outside tables too.“

“Vim a este restaurante para ir a um almoço de aniversário. Pareceu um bom espaço para receber grupos grandes. Tivemos uma variadíssima gama de entradas. Para prato principal tivemos vitela e carne de porco à alentejana. Fomos bem atendidos e a comida tinha bons padrões de qualidade. Para o que comemos ficou a um preço acessível para todos.“
