A true Oasis in the desert... on top of that, it was a very hot night, it was a phenomenal experience... It was a simply unforgettable meal... From the starters, typical of Alentejo, to Alentejo bread, green olives footsteps and so on....divine grilled meat, black pork cheeks with orange mint, grain rice with pennyroyal, delicious crumbs, all with delicious aromatic herbs...desserts...among many, I highlight the pumpkin pudding and honey...it's worth traveling 100 or 200 kilometers to taste the dishes at this friendly restaurant... The owners are friendly...

If you want to eat traditional Alentejo food, this is one of the places to mark on your agenda, don't miss it and try the Feijoada de Pato, simply divine. Great wine cellar.
Just a recommendation, if you are someone who doesn't like traditional Alentejo food, there are few alternatives, and by choice they don't serve soft drinks, with the option for children being just water.

A small restaurant but huge in quality and friendliness.
The food is simply fantastic.
I highly recommend the duck feijoada and the chickpea stew.
For dessert, the honey and olive oil pudding is wonderful, although the soggy ones are very famous.
The concept of choosing wines directly from the room created for this purpose is wonderful.
Congratulations

This tavern lost in the middle of a small Alentejo village is the best option for a typical Alentejo lunch.

The food is extraordinarily well prepared and extremely tasty. The typical dishes are different from most restaurants in Alentejo.

A visit to this restaurant for those who love good food is a must! I recommend booking a table as the restaurant is small.

The only less positive thing about the restaurant is that it doesn't have soft drinks, according to the restaurant owner the restaurant's concept is to only sell Water, Wine and Beer however it should have soft drinks since I, for example, don't drink alcohol.

The prices are much higher than most Alentejo and the only explaination would be the nice decor. However, the food is just ok. Nothing incredible so if you want to splash out for no reason, go ahead. There is a nice wine cellar, but again, the prices of the wines are out of the blue Moon.

A 'tavern' in the middle of Alentejo. A small space, with traditional Old Portuguese food... Made with care and knowledge. A beautiful wine cellar.. We enter the bottle room where we choose the one we want.. And drink it with the meal.. No additional cost beyond the bottle. Good glasses..Payment by ATM... There is free parking in the area.A find for those who don't know... It's worth the detour... The trip...

Went with a friend as part of Fork Fest. Super thankful we did. The servers were kind and funny. They helped us find a delicious bottle of wine. The cheese & charcuterie plate was phenomenal followed by some delicious small plates. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

We spent a great evening at SEIS. Lovely view and excellent Portuguese food. We had the mixed charcuterie board which was generous and tasty. Followed up with a shrimp dish (slightly overcooked) and a delicious Cod Lagareiro. Sunny, our waiter, was excellent. Personable, informative and efficient. Overall, a great choice!
