Anyone passing through Ílhavo has to go to Maradentro. We loved it....we tried some parts of the cod that we don't usually use and it was a pleasant surprise...the service is very good. Friendly people and always meet our needs.
Very well received by the staff who are very friendly.
Restaurant with a menu dedicated almost exclusively to cod and its derivatives. We ate cod with cornbread of very good quality and well prepared.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is not the best, although it is possible to overcome the entrance steps.

They still use Aluminium pots to prepare some dishes, for some reason I forget why I felt it important to mention this?
They also serve one of the Gates acquisitions on tap, easily worked around by ordering local beer in a bottle.
They close at 14:30 after lunch and are absolutely inflexible on the time and requests to modify menu items.
