Great place with welcoming staff and delicious food. Make sure you book beforehand, it is well worth it. We ordered cozido and a bottle of wine and got a whole bunch of delicious starters - clams, baked cheese, olives, stuffed bread and at the end a chocolate dessert. Everything was delicious and we paid 50€.
The reality of making dreams come true is completely true.....To make dreams come true, we have to want a lot...AND DO to make them come true. At D. Mena's restaurant, this reality happens... with a "bonus" of being able to enjoy the delicacies made by Mena. Mandatory visit.
If you want a homemade food experience, like grandma's house, this is it.The food is good and plentiful, the wine could be better, the atmosphere depends on the diners, as the house receives few people, which makes it typical.
