They have left us, a family of 8 people with 2 girls, without food. We have called to reserve a table for 8 people for May 1 a week in advance, we spoke personally with Joao, the boss. That day there were a large number of people crossing the border and there was a lot of traffic. We arrived 12 minutes later than the time we reserved. Upon arrival they tell us that our table is already occupied because we were not there at the time we reserved, we explained what happened and Joao himself told us that the rest of the customers also found traffic and that they were already eating. That is no answer or way to proceed with clients and even less so with clients who come often. We have waited for a table on other occasions for more than half an hour because they do not meet the reservation time and we have never protested, it is normal, it does not depend on them. What a way to prioritize money and not the client. We will never return again.

Today we were in the border area between Galicia and Portugal and we stopped to eat there by chance, and what a hit!!One day with a lot of people on the street and on their waiting list, they made room for us to eat (it must be said that we went early).Great food!! Very filling, rich and great service.
