I never comment on a bad review... I prefer not to return to the place and not hurt anyone... But I have to explain what happened today. We were waiting for 1 hour or so... at no time did we complain but no one came up to us to tell us what was happening. When the food arrives they bring us the picaña, the beans a mini portion which is what my 2 year old baby eats... and the cold rice. The food was supposedly for 2 people when it was really for one! We told them that we ordered some starters... the waiters were surprised and told us that they were going to ask the kitchen, when they came back they told us that the starter we ordered was out of stock... they did not provide us with any solution by offering us other starters. We arrived at 2:20 p.m. and they served us at 3:40 p.m., the owner justified himself by saying that they had a lot of people and that he didn't understand why the waiters didn't warn them that they didn't have those starters in the kitchen. We were not the only ones to leave, a couple with their daughter also left waiting 40 minutes. It is better to serve fewer people and with good service than to want to bring in people and people to make money and then give a terrible service and have a thousand staff.
