Ice cream parlor in the center of Valença, good location, good variety of products, we tried the ice creams and they surprised us, the owner was super friendly, he let us try, they even make dulce de leche and they also have a good Açaí! I recommend 100%

Terrible service, extremely rude!To make the service easier, I went to order at the counter. I waited for them to serve the customers at the counter (more than 5 minutes), without any problems. When it's my turn to be served, they just tell me: "Wait, calm down! There are more customers sitting there who don't even have a license yet! You have to wait".I'm complaining, not because of having to wait, but because of the "politeness" and calmness of the gentleman who was assisting.I will never set foot there again
