Unfortunately today I have to rate it 100% negatively. Let me explain: I made a reservation the day before using the restaurant's online service, because it was impossible to make it over the phone. They never challenged me. I received the reservation confirmation by email and we were calm. When we arrived at the restaurant the next day, we were very unwelcome and told that the reservation would not be valid because the system is “automatic” and the restaurant was full and that they could not serve us, that we should wait, if we wanted. The very rude owner said to us: “What do you want me to do, put you on the 2nd floor?” (There is no second floor). Anyway, we will never go back and I advise you not to visit a place with people who are very ill-prepared to deal with customers, who are the main actors in the business. Without customers there is no restaurant.

Very tasty food but some caveats, slow service (employee took 20 minutes to place the order) there was only one person working at the tables. Extremely fatty meat and it came RAW (I speak with confidence because I'm a lover of rare meat), but they resolved it by sealing the meat.
Tight environment for the number of tables inside, you find yourself bumping into chairs and tables.
It wasn't the worst experience of my life, but I won't be going back anytime soon.
