KING CHICKEN never has arugula. We've been coming here for months, we've ordered the same thing and they never have it, replacing it with lettuce... We order it without tomato, it always comes with tomato. Lack of attention from staff to requests. At various times, employees are distracted, showing little interest in carefully serving customers and showing little enthusiasm for cooking. Children's area is never functional. This whole situation is regrettable.
