Best vegan steak ever! It took me a long time to try it because I thought it would be horrible, I was used to eating seitanas and I had serious doubts that a dry chat with a slice of aubergine or courgette inside would be any good. I was surprised, it's much better than a seitana, and I've had some friends prefer the vegetarian option to the meat option. I think it's the only restaurant in Vendas Novas with a vegetarian bifana option (one that's worth it, at least).
I don't understand how a chicken sandwich is so successful. Gastronomic standards are very low. It was a single and last visit.
